S2000 Fire Suppression System Install

Only a fire extinguisher is required by most racing organizations but a fire suppression system can save your life when things go really wrong. Here's how I installed a system on my S2000 racecar.

The installation involves mounting the fire extinguisher bottle and routing flexible plastic lines to nozzles distributed through the cockpit and engine bay. Some systems have remote activation switches to make the system easy to fire for the driver and course workers.
